Example For Preventive Maintainance Drive System Program Include :

Inspection of the electric equipment and its environmental conditions
Inspect for component damage & discoloration
Inspect drive power module for contamination and debris, clean and vacuum
Verify cooling fans are free of contamination and rotate freely
Examine all AC and DC power terminations, checking to make sure connections are tight
Verify the drive wiring is still in accordance with standard practices
Perform power Module checks on converter section and Inverter section record measurements
Review spare parts with customer
Perform a ground check on the drive system
Parameter Backup
Check all status indicators & LED’s on the driv for proper state
Measure and record the incoming/outgoing Phase to Phase AC Line Voltage
Verify the operation of the safety and E-stop circuit
